Shipping and Delivery Policy

 

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Shipping is

handled by the product manufacturer. Actual shipping charges apply for both small packages

and freight shipments. Shipping charges are based on the exact weight and dimensions of the

package and then the zip code location to which the order is being shipped. Shipments are

delivered via FedEx Ground, with the exception of larger/heavier items which are shipped by

For freight shipments the trucking company is not responsible for unloading the item from the

truck or carrying the item into a building. The shipment is likely to be heavy and or large, so we

recommend that you have someone help you unload the item from the truck and carry it inside.

All products shipped by freight are indicated by: shipped by truck.

 

For shipping notifications on small parcels please include your email address when placing your

order.

 

When your shipment is received, be certain to inspect the package as well as its contents

before signing the delivery receipt. All shortages or damage must be noted on the delivery

receipt at the time of delivery.

 

Please notify customer service support@eportablesoccergoals.com or 888-998-9907 of any

shortage or damage within 48 hour of delivery.

 

Return Policy

 

All returns must have prior authorization. Contact customer service at

(support@eportablesoccergoals.com) to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All

returns must be shipped back via prepaid shipping. Collect shipment will be refused. Returns

are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission.

Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have

not consented to.
